the tomatoes are great with eggs . they help the body to use more of the eggs protein. not to mention vit c from toms. They are complimentary to each .[bet you already knew that though lol]

Mmm…. That looks delicious. I’ve also never poached eggs - or yeast extract. I’ll have to try them.
Thanks!

@girodiperle what’s not to understand? The other things- avocado, alfalfa, tahimi, etc.. all add flavor and nutrients. Very simple to understand.

i practice classical yoga, where there’s no eating meat, fish or eggs, but i love to see cooking ideas. your avocado looked beautiful!
xxbeautybabesxx on Tue, 9th Mar 2010 11:31 am
can you make a list of the ingredients please? I found it hard to hear all of them. This looks so yummy that i’m getting hungry again, lol!

@girodiperle the spelt bread is really good for you. Plus the tomatoes and avocado make it healthier. And speaking as a vegetarian, the extra flavor from the veggies and the sauce can make something a little more interesting than the same old same old egg on toast;)
girodiperle on Tue, 9th Mar 2010 11:31 am
I don’t understand this, really
Poached eggs on a little slice of toasted sourdough bread, a bit of freshly ground pepper on top and that’s the best option ever.
You don’t need all that stuff.
