Ditto PoisonIvy407, you are so very relaxed and I can assure you that your energy comes through very clear. I’m a carpet cleaner by trade and although the products I generally use to clean with are safe, there was a week or so that I used a particular solvent based product and it must have affected my lungs a little. I didn’t notice at first, but a week or so later my breathing became a little more labored and I could hear myself. Could I benefit from your exercises? I’m sure it will pass soon.

(cont) I wish to take it very seriously, I’ve strong will, I am 6 days already without any kind of sexual activity and now I wish to start pranayama exercises. But I never before practice yoga. Is this series of videos indicated for me? (transmutate sexual energy into spiritual energy, in order to awake and energize the kundalini?) Thank you very much, please answer me, Namaste! (end)

Hello dear friend, I’ve found you today and subscribe. Thank you. I wish to ask you, I am studying the gnosis and I have learned that we must save our sexual energy (without orgasm) and then transmutate into spiritual energy. Those who are single (like me) can do it with pranayama. (there are an documentary called “Sex the secret gate to Eden” wich I have studied in last gnosis class). (cont)
